Remote Social Engagement Associate – Junior Level | Oman

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Oman. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
