Remote Social Engagement Associate – No Experience Required | Al Rayyan, Qatar

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
