Remote Social Engagement Associate – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
