Remote Social Engagement Associate – No Experience Required | Kuwait

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Kuwait. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
