Remote Social Engagement Associate – No Experience Required | Salalah, Oman

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
