Remote Social Engagement Associate – No Experience Required | Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Saudi Arabia. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
