Remote Social Engagement Associate – No Experience Required | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 2,000–4,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
