Remote Social Media Analyst – 0–1 Years | Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Medina preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Paid annual leave and public holidays
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Saudi Arabia to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,600–8,100 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
