About the role

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
  • Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
  • Source or edit short-form video and image assets
  • Coordinate with designers for post visuals
  • Support influencer outreach and follow-up

Requirements

  • Good written English
  • Consistent daily availability
  • Active understanding of major social platforms
  • Ability to write short, engaging captions
  • Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

Preferred skills

  • Experience growing a personal or brand account
  • Arabic caption writing
  • Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
  • Basic photography or video shooting skills
