Remote Social Media Analyst – Fresh Graduates | Oman

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Oman. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
