Remote Social Media Analyst – No Experience Required | Bahrain

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Bahrain. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
