Remote Social Media Analyst – No Experience Required | Lusail, Qatar

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
