Remote Social Media Assistant – 0–1 Years | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
