Remote Social Media Assistant – 0–1 Years | Kuwait

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Kuwait. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Access to online learning subscriptions
