Remote Social Media Assistant – 0–1 Years | Manama, Bahrain

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing

• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
