Remote Social Media Assistant – 0–1 Years | Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
