Remote Social Media Assistant – 1–2 Years | Kuwait City, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
