Remote Social Media Assistant – 1–2 Years | Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
