Remote Social Media Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Bahrain

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Bahrain. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
