Remote Social Media Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Doha, Qatar

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,800–8,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
