Remote Social Media Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Kuwait

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Access to online learning subscriptions
