Remote Social Media Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Muscat, Oman

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
