Remote Social Media Assistant – Junior Level | Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Abu Dhabi preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
