Remote Social Media Assistant – Junior Level | Kuwait

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
