Remote Social Media Assistant – Junior Level | Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
