Remote Social Media Assistant – Junior Level | Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Paid onboarding and structured training

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,050–6,900 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
