Remote Social Media Assistant – Junior Level | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 5,150–11,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
