Remote Social Media Assistant – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
