Remote Social Media Assistant – No Experience Required | Hawalli, Kuwait

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
