Remote Social Media Assistant – No Experience Required | Isa Town, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
