Remote Social Media Assistant – No Experience Required | United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Access to online learning subscriptions
