Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – 0–1 Years | Ajman, United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
