Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – 0–1 Years | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 3,600–8,550 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
