Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – 1–2 Years | GCC Remote

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
