Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Medina, Saudi Arabia

A work-from-home e-commerce opportunity for people living in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Medina preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
