Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ras Al Khaimah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Monitor stock levels and update availability

• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–8,050 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
