Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – Junior Level | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Jeddah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
