Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – Junior Level | Kuwait

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels

• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead

• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
