Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – Junior Level | Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
