Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – Junior Level | Worldwide Remote

A work-from-home e-commerce opportunity for people living in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 400–900 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
