Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | Ahmadi, Kuwait

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Kuwait (candidates near Ahmadi preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent

• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
