Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | Ajman, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
