Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

A work-from-home e-commerce opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
