Shopify Store Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 3,350–7,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
