Social Content Creator (Remote) – Internship | Kuwait City, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Wellness day each quarter
• Clear performance reviews every quarter

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.
