Social Content Creator (Remote) – Junior Level | Muscat, Oman

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
