Social Content Creator (Remote) – No Experience Required | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
