Social Content Creator (Remote) – No Experience Required | Doha, Qatar

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Access to online learning subscriptions
• Paid annual leave and public holidays

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,350–7,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
