Social Content Creator (Remote) – No Experience Required | Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
