Social Media Content Coordinator – 0–1 Years | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
